Tascam CD-RW402
CD Player/Recorder/Duplicator
|
|
Traditionally, CD players, CD recorders, and CD duplicators have been thought of as distinctly different products. Tascam's engineers have worked hard to create a single product that offers an uncompromising combination of all three CD products into a single, easy to use and affordable box.
The CD-RW402 uses two TEAC durable drive mechanisms with independent controls and displays for each deck making dual operation natural. Together with a complete host of audio inputs/outputs independent for each deck you'll be able to playback material and simultaneously record from an external CD, DAT, MD or tape source.
Combining the player and recorder decks together allows you not only to make 1:1 copies but also to edit your original tracks. With the A-B copy function you can define a specific region on deck 1 and copy it as a new track to deck 2. This is particularly useful for deleting gaps in the middle of or between tracks.
The recorder includes traditional
Tascam functions like record mute, digital gain adjustment, digital fade
in/out, digital
direct mode, and auto ID plus advanced CD player functions
on both decks like call, auto cue and auto ready. The CD-RW402 also supports
CD-Text.
Entering information is simple – just plug a standard PS/2 keyboard
into the port on the front for track naming and editing.
The CD-RW402 makes it easy to capture a mix on CD-RW, edit the track, add CD-Text titles with a keyboard, dump the finished product to CD-R, and duplicate all with the same unit.
