Meet the newest member of our Pro Series line - the Kirk Hammett KH21 System. Kirk's classic tone in Metallica has been fueled by ferocious twin EMG-81 pickups and now you can drop these same pickups into your Strat-style guitar. You can't get a thicker, more powerful sound than with this setup.

The Pro Series KH21 System comes pre-wired and ready to rock:

• two EMG-81 humbuckers
• three-way selector switch
• individual volume knobs for each pickup
• master passive tone control
• deluxe Pearl White pickguard with black knobs
• battery clip and switching output jack

Kirk's guitars (including his ESP Signature KH models) all feature the powerful EMG-81 humbucker, the heart of his setups. This is EMG's hottest humbucking pickup. Often high-output pickups can sound "mushy" and indistinct. EMG couples the tight,controlled sound of ceramic magnets with our unique active EQ for a super-high output pickup with power and definition. The KH21 comes pre-assembled on a custom Pearl White pickguard with contrasting black knobs.

WARNING - your standard Strat-style body will probably require routing to accomodate the humbucking pickups.
