A dual-blade, side-by-side humbucker for the lead position of TELECASTER® and
ESQUIRE® guitars, the Fast Track TTM keeps
the crisp twang and snap of a good TELE® tone, but with
more output and no noise problems. Twin-blade pole pieces have less
string-pull than standard rod magnets--they won't interfere with the
strings' vibration. The blades also focus the sound for tight, solid
bottom-end. The Fast Track TTM presents
a bigger, tougher, more contemporary sound for your TELE® guitar.
Recommended For:
Standard Tele bridge position.
Tech Talk:
Different control resistance values will yield a wide range of tones
with the Fast Track 2TM. 250K controls
(the usual value on most Teles) will produce a fairly warm sound without
much high-end bite: a 500K volume and 1 Megohm tone will be very twangy.
500K volume and 250K tone produce a more balanced tone.
