DiMarzio Virtual Vintage Heavy Blues DP 403
The main difference between the Heavy Blues and the other Virtual VIntage® models is less in terms of tone than power - it's more intense . High notes are fatter, and lows have more kick. You can install the Heavy Blues in all 3 pickup positions, but we've also found that a Blues in the neck position, a Vintage in the middle and a Heavy Blues in the bridge spot will create a very neat combination of warm neck, fat bridge and bright 2 & 4 notch position sounds.
Recommended For:
Bridge position, but can be used in neck & middle with hotter bridge models like the Virtual Vintage Solo, Chopper or Pro Track.
