The new BX range of mixers from Wharfedale Professional comprises three compact stereo powered mixers with built in stereo digital effects with 8 presets and two graphic equalisers as well as two low noise, high efficiency power amplifiers.

In one compact and portable unit you have a mixer to balance your microphone and external instrument sources, the ability to add effects and power amplification to drive both FOH and monitor speakers from the same source.

Using your BX mixer is a simple task compared to setting up a system with separate mixers, effects and amplification. There is no need to struggle with numerous cables and to waste time matching all the levels before you start! The BX powered mixer is easy to transport, simple to set up and built to withstand life on the road.

Outputs include a 1/4" TRS mixer line output, a 1/4" TRS monitor line output as well as left and right RCA tape line outputs.

The BX Series comprises of three models to suit a variety of applications: BX1060SD: the smallest mixer in the range features 7 balanced mic. inputs, 1 Super Hi-Z input, 3 Hi-Z inputs, one RCA input and 3 Stereo line inputs. The unit features a 7 band Graphic EQ with a power output of 300W x2 @ 4 Ohm. BX1360SD: for a slightly more complex setup, the BX1360SD features 7 balanced mic inputs, 2 Super Hi Z inputs, 5 Hi Z inputs, 2 RCA inputs and 3 Stereo line inputs. The 1360 has an extra 2 bands of equalisation (9 in total) with a power output of 300W x 2 into 4 Ohm. BX1780SD: the largest model in the BX series features 7 balanced mic inputs, 3 Super Hi z inputs, 5 Hi Z inputs, 5 stereo line inputs and 2 RCA inputs. The 1780 also has the 9 bands of Graphic EQ but with a slightly higher power output of 400W x 2 into 4 Ohms.

Benefits Road Tough!: The BX Series are constructed using a lightweight yet tough, injection molded chassis that encases the mixer unit, protecting it from bangs and knocks. Monitor or Main?: The flexibility of the BX Series is such that you are able to run both a front of house mix and onstage monitor mix from the same mixer amplifier. Extra control: Both the Monitor Master and the Main Master level controls have corresponding EFX controls to mix the effect signal with the monitor and main outputs. Studio grade components: The BX series has 7 (1060) or 9 (1380/1780) band graphic equalisers for the mains and monitors.
