The
richly hued cocobolo/Sitka spruce Fall LTDs feature beautiful
three-piece cocobolo backs
with a re-proportioned center wedge to complement the elegant
GA and GS shapes. A glossy cocobolo peghead backstrap adds a
coordinating touch to the neck, while curly maple binding and
a matching maple heel cap trace a dramatic visual counterpoint
around the body and along the neck. Premium appointments include
Gotoh tuners and a bone nut and saddle. Inlay-free fretboards
support an aesthetic of clean lines that underscore the natural
beauty of the woods and binding treatments. Each model comes
with an abalone rosette, Venetian cutaway, and the Taylor Expression
System® pickup. Tonal enhancements include Adirondack spruce
braces (which generate more elasticity) paired with Taylor’s
CV bracing scheme. Together they enhance the top movement to
produce a fuller, richer and louder tone with increased dynamic
range.
