THE MOST POWERFUL CAT OF ALL: The WILD CAT 40 WATT model is available only with spring reverb in a 2x12" cabinet or in a standalone Head. Incorporating 2 entirely different preamp sections and similar user controls as found on the BLACK CAT, there are several tuning differences between the smoother, more compressed BLACK CAT 30W and the more aggressive, tighter WILD CAT 40W.

TOTALLY UPGRADED, THE NEW STANDARD: As similar to the preamp sections of the BLACK CAT, the WILD CAT uses an interactive 12AX7 layout on Channel ONE and the 5 position tone controlled EF86 based Channel TWO with the same CUT control. The dual EL-34 (or dual 6L6) tube power amp section enjoys more chassis real estate and greater attention to detail regarding tube mountings. Power transformer orientation and tube rectification details have also been revamped. The 2x12" cab employs 2 similar rated, Bad Cat customized Celestion speakers to support a wall of sound; a noticeably strong and tight sound field. For tremendous clean power reserve when you need it, you can rely on the ferocious WILD CAT.
